So there are 2 ways you can remove a particular social account from Crowdfire

  • From the Accounts/Profile section
  • From Settings


From Accounts/Profile

Here's how can remove your social account from Crowdfire on Desktop

  1. Log in to your Crowdfire account
  2. Click on Accounts on the top bar 
  3. Click on the tile of the social account you want to remove
  4. Click on the bin icon beside the account you want to remove. You will be prompted to confirm the delete. Tap on Delete.

And you're done. This will successfully remove that social account from Crowdfire. 



Here's how you can remove your social account from Crowdfire on Mobile - 

  1. Launch the Crowdfire app
  2. Tap on Profile on the bottom bar
  3. Tap on the tile of the social account you want to remove
  4. Tap on the bin icon beside the account you want to remove. You will be prompted to confirm the delete. Tap on Delete.

This will successfully remove that social account from Crowdfire. 


From Settings

Here's how you can remove your social account from Crowdfire on Desktop - 

  1. Log in to your Crowdfire account
  2. Click on Settings (gear icon) on the top right
  3. Under Channels, click on the account you want to remove and click on the red Delete Channel button. You will be prompted to confirm the delete. Tap on Delete.

This will successfully remove that social account from Crowdfire. 



Here's how you can remove your social account from Crowdfire on Mobile - 

  1. Launch the Crowdfire app
  2. Tap on Profile on the bottom bar
  3. Tap on Setting (gear icon) on the top left
  4. Under Accounts, tap on the account you want to remove and then tap on Delele account. You will be prompted to confirm the delete. Tap on Delete.

This will successfully remove that social account from Crowdfire. 


Note that removing your last connected social account will prompt Crowdfire to delete your Crowdfire account and you'll be logged out of Crowdfire. Your Crowdfire account will be deleted within 48 hours after that, unless you log back into Crowdfire.
