This could be happening because you're on the older interface of Crowdfire which is why Crowdfire is having trouble retrieving results. Don't worry about it! Just get in touch with us, either leave your feedback on this article or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your registered email address. We'll get you switched to the new version right away :)
I get an error saying "There was trouble connecting to the 3rd party service. Please try again." What does that mean?
