Crowdfire supports post level social analytics data for the following platforms:
- Facebook profile and pages
- LinkedIn profile and pages
The post level analytics is available on our web app www.crowdfireapp.com.
This is a paid only feature.
Here’s how you can access it
- Click on the Scheduled tab on the Home screen.
- Click on Published on the left column.
- Select the account for which you want to check the Analytics.
Here’s a quick explanation of the metrics we support for each platform
| Twitter | Retweets - The number of times your tweets were retweeted. Likes - The number of likes on your tweets. |
| Facebook profile and pages | Shares - The number of times your post has been shared. Reactions - The sum total of the number of reactions received on all the posts on your Facebook Page. Reactions are: like, love, wow, haha, sorry, anger. Comments - The number of comments you have received on the post. |
| LinkedIn pages | Likes - The number of likes on your posts. Comments - The number of comments on your posts. |
| Pinterest | Saves - The total number of pins that are saved by other users from your Pinterest board. Comments - The total number of comments on all the pins on your Pinterest board |
