Crowdfire currently does not support the following:

Instagram, Facebook Profiles and LinkedIn Profiles.


Here’s a quick explanation of the metrics we support for each platform -

Followers - The number of new followers you gained in the selected time period.
Unfollowers - The number of followers you lost in the selected time period.
Tweets - The number of tweets you posted during the selected time period.
Likes - The number of likes you gained during the selected time period.
Retweets - The number of retweets you gained in the selected time period.
Facebook Pages
Page likes - The number of likes you’ve gained on your page for the selected time period.
Unlikes - The number of unlikes on your page for the selected time period.
Posts - The number of post(s) you’ve posted in the selected time period.
Reactions - The sum total of the number of reactions received on all the posts on your Facebook Page in the selected time period.
Reactions are: like, love, wow, haha, sorry, anger.
Page post engagement - The number of times people have engaged with your posts through likes, comments, shares for the selected time period.
LinkedIn Pages
Posts - The number of posts shared during the selected time period.
Likes - The number of likes you gained on your posts in the selected time period.
Comments - The number of comments you received in the selected time period.
Pinterest
Followers - The number of followers you gained in the selected time period.
Pins - The number of pins you pinned in the selected time period.
Saves - The number of saves you received in the selected time period.
Comments - The number of comments you received in the selected time period.


Advanced Analytics Features -


Date range selection for the data

You can check Advanced Analytics for one day (yesterday), last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days and you can also select a date range (maximum of 90 days).


Comparison

For every date selection, you can compare the data to the previous time period. The comparison works only when one metric is selected.


Graph - 

The graph helps you view the data and compare the metrics over a period of time.
