What are Your Posts? (Smart Posts)

Your Posts are the easiest way to promote new items from your online shop, Youtube channel or blog across all your social platforms at once. With Your Posts, you can drive more traffic to your online properties by letting Crowdfire intelligently pick and promote products. How can I use Your Posts on Crowdfire?

Once you connect your online shop, YouTube channel or blog, Crowdfire automatically pulls up content from each of these platforms into the Your Posts tab. Here, you can choose which social platform you wish to post on amongst the ones that you've connected to your Crowdfire account.

Furthermore, Crowdfire also starts looking out for updates you might have on any of these platforms. The next time you add a new blog post, video or product, it creates a beautiful social post to tell everyone about it. And helps you post it everywhere, at the Best Time, with just one tap. 

You can directly share the post created for you, since it already has everything — your image, your link, your hashtags and a prefixed line. You can also edit this content and personalize it further to give it an extra boost. And voilá —you have a post ready to go on all your social media platforms at the Best Time. 

How many posts can I see on the Your Post section?

Crowdfire will fetch all your data from the day you've connected your social platforms.
However, the maximum data for the last 3 years as of today is fetched within the Your Post Section.

Example : If today is 10th August 2023, and you connected your social accounts on 10th August 2018, all your posts between 10th August 2020 to 10th August 2023 will be fetched.

However, if today is 10th August 2023, and you connected your social accounts on 3rd May 2023, all posts between 3rd May 2023 and 10th August 2023 will be fetched. 

Will Crowdfire notify me every time I add a product/ blog/ video?

Crowdfire looks for new content on your connected blog/ YouTube/ Shopify/ Etsy/ Vimeo/ Twitch/WordPress every 15 minutes. If there are more than 5 new entries on your online properties, Crowdfire notifies you only about the first 5 entries.

Example - Tina designs earrings and has her Etsy shop connected to Crowdfire. She added 7 of her new designs to her store in a span of 15 minutes. In this case, Crowdfire will create 5 beautiful posts that Tina can share on the Social network of her choice for the first 5 earrings that she added.

How long does it take for Crowdfire to detect my new post?

It usually takes around 15 minutes to fetch a new post once you’ve added it to your online property.
