Crowdfire Mentions (Beta) Explained

Mentions is a one-stop tool to help you keep on top of your brand all over Social Media. It’s the simplest way to make sure you never miss out on any conversations around your brand.


Mentions is available on Premium, VIP, Neptune and Jupiter plans.


Social Network supported - At the moment, it supports Instagram Comments and DMS, and Facebook page messages, Facebook page comments.


Where can I access Mentions?

You can access Mentions from your Crowdfire dashboard. You will find it in the top bar next to the Home Button.


How does Crowdfire Mentions work?

Crowdfire pulls all your mentions to your team inbox. You can reply to these mentions directly from your inbox using plain text and emojis. You can use GIFs wherever applicable. You can also use canned responses to reply.




What is Historical Data for Mentions?

Crowdfire Mentions keeps a log of every single one of your social conversations with your audience in the past so that you never lose track of them. 

Whenever you tap on any of your recent mentions, you’ll see a small icon to the right of the page which will show you a list of all of your past conversations with that particular user.

What are labels and how to use them?

Labels help you set up automation rules or folders to segregate messages that you've received.


Here's how you can create labels:

  1. Go to the settings.
  2. Click on create new label.
  3. Add the label name.
  4. Now create the rule for automation by adding conditions and actions.
  5. Save your label.
